I’m going backpacking around South America in 10 days time and haven’t shifted the stone I vowed to lose 😩
I really don’t want to gain weight as I won’t fit into my clothes and usually I go mad and eat whatever on holiday and gain about 10lbs!
What can I do to ensure this don’t happen and maybe even lose weight?!
Any tips appreciated!
