I've gained a few lbs (7or 8 since March) and have just realised that I'm off on holiday in three weeks with my skinniest friend. I'd like to lose the 7/8lbs - 10 would be great but is it doable? I may be perimenopausal which seems to be making it a bit trickier to shift. What do I need to do? Calorie deficit alone isn't really cutting it. Can I even lose that much in three weeks? Any pointers would be gratefully received!
