I've never even heard of this before. Just ordered a 2 week box.

Any tips?

Disclaimer: I KNOW it's better to have a healthy lifestyle long term, this is just a kick start to a long term plan

Tips - don't buy the Indian curry, it's awful.

Keep yourself isolated after having the coconut shake...anyone in the same room as you will not thank you for the smell Grin

The Indian curry came in my pack. I ate about 3 spoonfuls then binned it.

I read on FB that the pasta based ones are better after a soak. I'm soaking the spaghetti bol now and will microwave in half an hour or so.

I'm ok. Only had 1 shake today so I'm really hungry but wanted to save my 'meal' and bar for tonight.

How are you finding it?

Waves Hi I’m on day 2. I haven’t really felt starving hungry like I was yesterday but my head has been banging all day. Early night for me.

On day 7 - a bit of a fuzzy head, don’t think I’m drinking enough water. But have stopped feeling really hungry all the time. Didn’t like some of the food sachets I bought for evening meals so have had fish and veg for evening meal a couple of times.
Haven’t been exercising, think that’s a step too far with limited calories.

Hi! Well done on getting to 7 days! I'm on day 5. I can't face the meals - spaghetti bolognese was awful.

I've been sticking with shakes and bars. I've just had half a chicken breast and some spinach though as otherwise I was going to REALLY cheat!

Haven't weighed yet, weighing tomorrow night. Have any of you weighed?

My first weigh in is Wednesday. The scales are showing -4lbs down this morning I was hoping for more as I have a lot to lose. I’m enjoying the shakes with lots of blended ice- they seem to seem more filling when they are thicker

Off to weigh at 7.20. I'm really nervous! Only had 1 shake and loads of water as I like to save a shake and bar for later to stop me grazing. Luckily I've been really busy at work so it's kept my mind out of the vending machine!

-4 is great and you've still got till Wednesday. I've got 3 stone to lose. Already lost some with Slimming world before starting too

Can I join you? I started Exante again today. Did it last May and lost 12lbs in a month. Due to work stress I have put some of it back on, but I haven’t exercised or dieted at all since I lost the weight. Anyway holidays in a couple of weeks so want to lose a few pounds. Good luck all. I’m doing shakes and bars. The meals are dreadful!

Only 4lb off which I'm a bit disappointed with. Going to stick with it though I think

I'm on day 1 too. Have taken myself off to bed where I can't self sabotage.

PlaymobilPirate aw that sucks, when you see some of the huge first week weight losses people have- I guess we’re not one of those lucky people! But 4lbs is a lot of weight, and you’ve nailed your first week so don’t be disheartened.

I read a great tip on an old MN VLCD thread about getting a ribbon to measure your waist size with weekly, as although the weight losses were sometime nothing- the inches were huge. I didn’t have ribbon so mine is a tatty piece of string Blush

Hi Emma and Auto- the more the merrier!

Hi! Can anyone explain how this works? Is it to replace three meals a day? Or do you still eat dinner?

@hopeishere you can replace 3 meals a day with products for a VLCD - 600 calories.
You can do that also as a 5:2 - 3 products on the 2 days.

I'm having 3 products a day (chose 50 for £45, mainly shakes and bars, i don't like the meals) plus an extra 200 calories from milk in coffee and protein based food like low fat yoghurt and low fat cheese.
Kind of the Michael Moseley 800 calorie diet.
I think there are some suggestions on their website and you can get a guide but i haven't read it!Blush
