So I can’t join a gym.
I’ve been walking a lot and using an exercise bike but I don’t think it’s enough. I think I need to do something that really makes me sweat.
I have a few DVDs - 30 days and a davina one - but wouldn’t mind trying something new/free.
Is there anything good free - maybe on youtube?
