Morning all!
So Monday I weighed myself and did the bmi and I'm obese on the bmi chart, I'm 12 stone and my pre pregnancy weight was 9stone 12 lbs I'd like to lose 2 stone but I have no will power, I eat unhealthily, part of that is comfort eating ( going through a break up ) the other part is i don't actually know what's really healthy etc.
So I guess I'm really looking for a kick up the bum and some motivation to get out and exercise, and some meal ideas if anyone has any that would be great!!
I'm a vegetarian and the main food people suggest is quorn which doesn't agree with me at all, also I wondered how much exercise you should get in a day to loose weight and what time scale to lose 2 stone, and the last thing is anyone in the same situation feel free to join me in this hopeful weight loss :-)
