Hi, I’ve just downloaded the app and am not sure if it’s going to work.
It seems to be predicated on mostly eating standardised foods. I cook everything from scratch, but I also have ADHD, so there’s no chance I’ll weigh every portion, let alone input each recipe.
Is it still worth doing, even though it’ll all be very rough approximations?
