I'm just about to buy a salad in M&S. On the label it says in 100g there are:
12.8g carbohydrates
of which sugars: 4.6g
Fibre 6.1g
On a website I've been looking at, it says about carbs that the fibre can be deducted from the number of carbs.
Here.
Does anyone know anything about this? In the above example, how many carbs should I count?
