Hello everyone! After birth, I gained 9 kg. I tried to lose weight for 2 years, but without success. I know that I'm not the only one, so I decided to write here. Can anyone recommend an effective diet? I have tried many, even read some diet pills 24-pharm reviews, that's how desperate I am. Always jo-jo effect.
