Post-baby flabby stomach

I have two DC - only 16 months between them, so my body barely recovered from the first pregnancy when I had to do it all again. First birth was natural, second was a very emergency C-section. After DC2 was born I had three stone to lose to get back to my pre-DC weight of 8'10" (size 8). I lost a stone through breast feeding but had to work very hard to lose the other two stone (diet and exercise). DC2 is now just one and I'm actually a few lbs lighter than before DC1 was conceived (8'7"). I'm back to a size 8, BMI is 21 and I can wear all my old clothes. However, my stomach is still rounded, flabby, a bit saggy etc. Everything looks OK when I am standing up but if I bend forward it kind of hangs down. Wtf do I do? Do I keep on the diet and maintain the exercise to lose even more weight? Plastic surgery? How the hell do I get rid of it? Is there anything I can do to target just this area? Help!

I'm almost exactly the same as you. Two babies, 20 months between them (youngest is 9mo), I was a size 8 before pregnancy. I put on nearly 4 stone with baby number one but lost it all and a bit extra by the time he was 9 months, I was very slim when I got pregnant the second time. Didn't put on as much weight and have lost it all now, back in the size 8s and am pretty toned all over apart from my stomach.

It honestly looks like a bowl of porridge, all wrinkly and saggy. With clothes on I look fine but naked my stomach is a floppy mess. I didn't have a c-section either time so it's not as if it was that!

Hope someone is along soon with tips...

No tips just glad to know it's not just me. 16 months between my two, just got back into my pre-pregnancy jeans (taken me longer, my youngest is coming up for 2) but v saggy stomach. It was always my best bit too - I loved a bikini!

The best description I heard was 'if you blow up a balloon twice it ain't going back to the same shape' Sad

However I want to try my best! I've got the c section 'overhang' too so I'm here for any tips

Sorry - busy few days. Got talking to a yoga teacher friend - her youngest is nine and she informs me that she has never managed to get rid of it :( I feel that it may be here to stay. Someone else recommended moisturising with coconut oil - might give that a go as even if it doesn't work maybe I'll smell pleasantly of coconut! How do the celebrities manage to get perfect tums again? I guess it must be surgery...

Look on utube for ways to check if you have separated stomach muscles, common with babies close together /c section . Research specific exercises - or get advice from a PT before starting any!!
