I seem to go through stages of food I'm mad keen on them I don't want it again.
i desperately need to loose weight but I need something new.
I am trying to only eat chicken / turkey and fish. - (white fish salmon and prawns ) I don't like fishy fishy
Can someone help with some meal plans for the week please ?
