Hi Everyone
I have just had my 3rd (and final) child who is now 3 months old. I am now feeling back into the reality of things having settled and got a routine (kind of) set with my 3 kids. I am absolutely desperate to lose weight (5 stone to be exact). Having had 3 kids in 3 years has really taken its toll on my body and them all being by cesarean. I used to be a healthy size 8 and I took such advantage of being pregnant I stopped taking care of myself and my diet and exercise and completely indulged myself in over eating and no exercise. I really am paying the price now im finding it really hard to stick to healthy eating and exercise and my body has just become stiff at the sight of any physical activity. I would love to hear some advice and help as to what I can do to shed the pounds and become a healthy mother to my kids.
