So just sat with DP booking a last minute holiday to Mexico, drinking a McDonald's milkshake to try and cure my hangover and now I realise I have 26 days until we leave I have consumed about 3000 calories today, gained a stone in the year I've been dating DP and gained a stone the year before that. I've got four weeks essentially to drop as much weight as possible so I'm going to be journaling it here in the hope it keeps me on the straight and narrow. Aiming to lose a stone, feel free to join me, shitter tea optional
