Ww, sw, paleo, lowcarb, carb cycling, 5:2,fasting, slimming world, herbalife, calorie counting and making it up as you go along. What's your favourite go to meals that doesnt feel like your dieting?

I eat this once a week without fail. If I've just done cardio or rested I have it as it is, but if it's a heavy training day I'll add noodles or rice.

Diced beef
Cashews(more than it ever admit to Mfp)

Soy sauce
Garlic(enough to fight off an army of vampires)
Sesame seeds

Prawn stir fry - jumbo prawns, peppers, mange tout, mini corn, garlic, chilli sauce - served on a bed of spiralized courgettes and butternut squash

Sardines in tomato sauce on dense Swedish brown bread.

Stir fry (Singapore style)- usually without rice. Chicken, prawns and all sorts of veg.

Greek yoghurt with blueberries and honey.

Omelette (one whole egg and two whites), maasdamer cheese, mushroom, tomato, broccoli if fancy it, any lettuce in fridge, tons of black pepper.

A Snickers bar (250 cals... but totally, utterly satisfying- and if it fits not my calories, why not?)
