I would really like to try IF, prob 5:2, as both I and DH could do with losing a lot of few pounds, but we have a 4yo. We always all eat together, the same dinner. I can't see how we could do IF without feeding DD something else on the fasting days. I don't think a low-calorie diet is suitable for a growing child. Do any of you manage, and what is on your menus?
