Losing weight whilst on tamoxifen

Please someone tell me it's possible. I'm eating healthily. Low carbs in the week, no sugar. Sticking to 1200/1300 calls a day plus going on my bike. I lose one week then stay the same or even put on the week after and it's soooo disheartening. I'll be on tamoxifen for another 4 years ( have been on it for 1 year) and wondering if this is hindering my weight loss. I hope not but it's at the back of my mind. Has anyone lost weight successfully whilst taking tamoxifen ? Please reassure me
