Mumsnet hasn't checked the qualifications of anyone posting here. You may wish to speak to a medical professional before starting any diet.
I'm 35 and really need to look good to feel good. I have gained so much weight over the last 2years , I barely have anything to wear except a few stretchy dresses. I can't afford a new wardrobe and I really need to look good again.
Have spent the last year and a half ttc with no avail and have indulged myself with treats each month l got disappointed. No more bad eating habits and no more sitting on the couch all day watching TV.
Anyone fancy joining hands and moaning along while embarking on this new, scary and exciting journey?
Mimilicious013 just seen this thread!! In a similar situation, been ttc for just over a year and have literally eaten my disappointment which has resulted in a 3stone weight gain taking me from a healthy size 10/12 to a 16(ish)... I'm thinking of jumping on slim fast, starting tomorrow on an initial 2week 3 shakes a day then every other day. I know a few people who did this and it worked amazingly, first two weeks was around a stone weight loss and then a steady 3/4 a week after.
Only just read your msg.how is it going for you dear.
