I started off my diet with about a month on slim fast. I liked it because I only had to count one meal a day and it gave me a bit of a break. I slowly phased it out as I got to grips with real food counting calories.
I've very successfully lost nearly 4 stone over the course of 9 months. I've basically maintained/hit a plateau for the best part of a month and I think I'm hitting a bit of food fatigue. it doesn't help that whilst BMI would have me lose another stone I'm kinda happy where I am and I'm very close (couple of percent) to a healthy body fat ration.
last week I had a left over shake for tea one evening and i found myself reordering a load of slim fast shakes again. I just don't fancy salad or soup or any of the actually very normal food I've been eating. Slim Fast milkshake however totally appeals.
Anyone else found this after long term dieting?
