Anyone get fed up with food?

I started off my diet with about a month on slim fast. I liked it because I only had to count one meal a day and it gave me a bit of a break. I slowly phased it out as I got to grips with real food counting calories.

I've very successfully lost nearly 4 stone over the course of 9 months. I've basically maintained/hit a plateau for the best part of a month and I think I'm hitting a bit of food fatigue. it doesn't help that whilst BMI would have me lose another stone I'm kinda happy where I am and I'm very close (couple of percent) to a healthy body fat ration.

last week I had a left over shake for tea one evening and i found myself reordering a load of slim fast shakes again. I just don't fancy salad or soup or any of the actually very normal food I've been eating. Slim Fast milkshake however totally appeals.

Anyone else found this after long term dieting?

Yeah ish,but then I went vegan and can't find a vegan slimfast...it's a myth that all vegans are thin..too much Gary and wine with plain crisps sigh

TBH the idea of most smoothies makes me heave don't appeal at all. The cafe latte slim fast shake is a completely different matter.

snakes alive Did you just need a bit of a break? Did you go back to (vegan) dieting after?

No ,I've put on weight since I went vegan....it's the chesse.i never ate it when I was vegi...cos it made me hurl...but I love the vegan stuff. On toast or just crammed in.but it's fatty.i need to get back on shakes.exante I did.and slim fast.but both got milk in

I'm thinking of not being vegan ,just to do the slim fast again..difficult.because I'm passionate about being vegan...but hate being this fat..size 18
