slimming world v weight watchers

Right..am having yet another go at a weight loss diet thing. Seen lots of great results amongst my friends from both.

Slimming world appears to be cooking and preparing and being super organised tho. I have a ridiculously busy life and I eat on the go a lot..am wondering if WW might suit my lifestyle better. I KNOW I won't cook or prepare stuff.

Any reviews/opinions /experiences? ?

I do slimming world and there are quite a few different slimming world frozen meals that you can get in Iceland.
A few members in my group have done weight watchers in the past and said that they were hungry so are now doing slimming world.

I was never hungry on SW. For both, you need to be pretty organised. You have to buy the food for basic meals, try lots of new fruit and muller lights galore. SW is easy in that you can just microwave a massive baked potato, add a sprinkle of cheese and beans, sorted. If you're hungry, you have a huge list of food you can eat without limits.

This blog includes SW recipes and a hilarious bloke writing about a variety of topics. www.facebook.com/twochubbycubs/?ref=ts&fref=ts

I am doing WW and finding it hard tbh. Very slow progress as I am ravenous and hangry if I stick to the points religiously. ATM I am fudging a few points and am losing about .5lbs a week whilst keeping my sanity. I get annoyed that things like a jacket potato or a bowl of soup seem very high in points. However I joined with my mum who is losing so don't want to give it up as I enjoy going with her.

I have had success with SW in the past. Much easier, jacket potatoes are on the good list. Lost weight quicker but then didn't keep it up for as long iyswim. More to lose this time.

Tldr: SW is better imo.

I tried both but now stick with mfp. It's free and honest. No rl support though. The new ww seems impossible; I'd lost a stone on propoints til smart points came out just before Xmas.
