Ok so this hippy looking annoying man Joe Wicks is promising big things and showing amazing transformation pictures. Who has done it, who regrets paying up for it? Any good results? Anyone just following the books successfully?!

I'm following some principles very loosely and seeing small results after 2 weeks so I reckon the real programme would defo work if u could stick to it.
