Just this really. I'm really struggling to lose weight and keep it off. My metabolism isn't what it used to be and I have lost weight by cutting down calories, but it has taken some serious calory cutting to get there, even though my job is fairly active. I have struggled keeping the weight off too.
What's your secret?
