Am I the only person who feels like this ? I lost 30lbs 5 years ago with lighter life managed brilliantly for 3 years then for the last 2 years I've struggled to keep my weight at 10st I'm 5ft 7 and feal great at that weight. In the last 6 months I've joined body coach, didn't even get as far as planning it out, joined slimming world first week gave up, got packs from lighter life lost few lbs but sat eating Easter egg now, thought about doing juice fast and did it, downloaded app for gastric band, I get all this rubbish going round in my head I just want to commit to one thing and do it, not keep changing and it's really getting me down now feal a failure and feal so stupid. Did anyone break this cycle of panicking and jumping to next thing I feal really overwhelmed ?
