Has anyone got any nice smoothie recipes?

Today I bought a blend active and want to make spinach/kale smoothies with berries and ice and nuts and almond milk.

Then I'm at a loss, I don't want mainly fruit ones because of all the sugar, but I'd be interested to know what you all have in your smoothies and have they aided weightloss at all?

My standard one is frozen banana, bluberries, chia seeds and splash of soya or almond milk. Sometimes add kale but I prefer is roasted and crispy!!

I like almond milk, banana, chia seeds, small spoon of oats, flax and powdered peanut butter.

I make seasonal smoothies every other day. My basic mix is

1 whole lemon (the vitamins are in the skin and pith ) all ingredients are chopped up.

3 tablespoons flax seeds or the same of pumpkin seeds

figs or prunes.

3 tabsp. ground almonds

Pear, or whatever you fancy, juice and filtered warm water (in the winter)

Then I use 1 apple and pear or some pineapple (There's nothing wrong with fruit, in fact there's lots good with it) esp. when with protein like nuts and seeds.

I use a hand held blender and make 2 jugs I keep one for the next morning. Oh and the flax seed one needs to be drunk with a glass of water.
