I've been a veggie for 40 years but since Xmas I have been wheat, dairy and sugar-free. I also try to have two fast days a week. I'm looking to lose about 60 lbs in total and have so far lost 16 lbs. I have found the Deliciously Ella recipe books to be really helpful, with some great ideas.
