Alternatives to the now-discontinued Boots 5 Day Detox Kit?

I know it's not for everyone (and I know the words 'cleanse' and 'detox' are a bit ugh) but I used to find this Boots kit a really good 'cleanse' after periods where I had been stuffing myself with chocolate for a few days too many! It sort of 'reset' my eating after I had overindulged for a while.

However it's now sadly discontinued and I wondered if there was a similar product out there, say 3-7 days, and absolutely nothing to do with the MLM scams!
