After two weeks of running and changing just my breakfast from peanut (lots) on toast to banana and hot water. I have lost five pounds!!!
I'm one pound away from being in the next stone down category

I'm struggling with saboteurs, parents who are feeders and am surrounded by carbers!!

Mrs I'm running 3-4 times a week ranging from 3k to 10 k hard to start with but now getting itchy feet if I don't get to go!
