Marilyn Glenville's Fat around the Middle book - please join me, I need company!

I'm facing up to my very unhealthy fat-around-the middle shape - it has been creeping up on me for a few years now, and I know it is a health risk. I really like this nutritionist, bought this book months ago, and need the motivation to actually open it and start a new eating regime. Would anyone PLEASE join me? It's going to sit unopened on the shelf otherwise, isn't it?

I am fat around the middle. Was just saying to DH how I would be happy with everywhere else if only I could loose the tummy.
