I was going to say height and weight but can't change that!!

I'm 5,7 and 10st 2 ATM and desperately want to get back to around 9st... Damn snacking!!

TravellingHopefully12 Thu 11-Jun-15 16:00:40

5"4 and currently 9 and a half stone - nine stone would be nice. Would like to be 8 stone 10lbs though as I feel best at that weight. Any less and I get cold all the time.

For me it's damn wine, and damn cheese

myusernamewastaken Thu 11-Jun-15 16:06:26

I am 5ft 7 and fluctuate between 10stone 4 and 10stone 2, i am trying really hard to get back under 10 stone x

BrittaTheNeedlesslyDefiant Thu 11-Jun-15 16:06:27

5'6" and currently about (scales broke so am estimating) 10st. Ideal would be 9st. Damn snacking indeed!

I've kicked my crisp habit and my cup-of-sweet-tea-and-afternoon-shortcake habit, as well as my coffee habit. I am mainlining green tea.

Haven't noticed any weight loss yet - body really seems to want to hang onto the fat it's packed on my thighs and hips - but my skin's been looking amazing smile

5ft4 and 9st2

I should be about 8st7, just had a cream slice though smile

FoodieMum3 Fri 12-Jun-15 10:56:17

I'm 5ft 3 and like to be at 9 stone or slightly under.

FrankWelker Fri 12-Jun-15 11:01:00

I'm 5 ft 4 and was aiming for 9 stone. I've reached 9 stone 2 but my belly is still fat so I'm resetting my target to around 8 stone 7.

FoodieMum3 Fri 12-Jun-15 11:05:11

My belly is still fat too, Frank, and I was under 9stone on the scales this morning. I don't think we need to lose weight to lose that, it will take specific exercises.
My tummy is my problem area, after 3 DC and weighloss sad and chocolate grin

victoryinthekitchen Fri 12-Jun-15 12:37:30

tummy fat problem here too, kids and wine to blame I'm afraid.

SwearyGodmother Fri 12-Jun-15 12:46:07

5'5" here and 8st dead is my ideal. Currently at 8st7 and not happy about it due to medication induced weight gain and then doing fuck all about losing it

Onwards and downwards!

NomiMalone Fri 12-Jun-15 12:48:39

9st 3/4lb.

I was 12st 9lb a few years ago shock .

I find that any less than 9 and a bit stone is unsustainable due to my love of alcohol, bread, cheese and red meat.

toffeeboffin Fri 12-Jun-15 12:53:14

I'm 9 stone 12 at the moment, would really like to get down to around 9 and a half stone.

I'm 5'5.

Interesting to see other people's goals, especially those the same height. This is the lightest I've ever been, really wished I had done it sooner!

ButterflyOfFreedom Fri 12-Jun-15 20:36:01

I'm 5'11 and currently weigh 9 stone 11 lbs.
I've lost 2 stones since new year smile
Usually my weight remains around 10 - 10.7 but I'd like to get to 9.7 (still have a wobbly belly!!).

Reading that list. You all seem to be perfect weights. No one is fat or obese.

Some of you are quite tall too. I'm 5-6 and no idea what I weigh as I've stopped that game.

I go on how my clothes feel and they feel a bit loser.

That's what counts doesn't it.

If my legs are swollen I may weigh 2 lbs heavier so it would be counterproductive for me.

NickiFury Sat 13-Jun-15 09:28:40

9 stone 4. It's perfect for me, easy size 10 no bulges, buying clothes is easy. I'm about half a stone over that at the moment thanks to a holiday at Easter where food was plentiful and delicious blush followed by an asthma flare up, which meant no exercise. It doesn't sound like much but I am short so it makes a big difference. I've lost three pounds in the last week or two so will keep going now till its gone.

MrsHooolie Sat 13-Jun-15 09:29:29

I'm 5ft 9 and would love to be 10st.

I was 12st before kids but quite fit and I'm now 12st 12 with a big tummy.

DrHarleenFrancesQuinzel Sat 13-Jun-15 13:23:55

Im 5ft 5 and currently weigh 12 stone. I would love to be 9 stone 10, but would be happy with anything around the 11 stone mark right now. Just come back from holiday this week and now have no excuses. I have to start changing things on Monday.

I have no energy today and feel like the task I have is impossible. Im hoping when I am back at work on Monday it will feel easier as life will go back to normal.

WireCat Sat 13-Jun-15 13:29:27

I'm aiming for 9st 10lbs.

Am 5'2"

Maybe when I get to that I might try & get further down.

bangbangprettypretty Sat 13-Jun-15 13:43:00

I'm currently 9st 5 and am aiming for 8st 7 (I'm 5 ft 2). As an interim, I'm going for 8st 13.

At my heaviest I was 11st 6 so I have come quite a long way. This is the first summer I have felt at ease in my own skin so I'm quite proud of my efforts so far!

CunfuddledAlways Sat 13-Jun-15 13:49:17

I'm 5"7 and 72kg, desperately need and want to loose weight!!

Octopus37 Sun 14-Jun-15 15:04:39

I am 8st8, have lost half as to in 6 weeks following the SW plan. Goal is around 8st3/4. I am 5ft5. Don't think I could maintain 8st. However have fallen off the wagon, weekend away and Zi am going out for dinner tomorrow. Tiring to be better today and good until I go out tortiw. Back on track properly on Tues, rstatimg that it will take me another 7 weeks to get to goal

Vivacia Sun 14-Jun-15 15:42:32

I'm 5ft 6 and aim to maintain at 9st 4lb. This keeps me in a size 8 but doesn't hold back my exercising smile

I think that flat tummies are made with a calorie deficit. You can have the biggest stomach muscles you like but they're easily hidden under fat.

crje Sun 14-Jun-15 15:47:41

I'm 5'7 and 11st 3lbs
Would like to be 10st 7lbs

I don't look great if I'm too thin, no boobs & hollow face.

I have no problem area so ideally would like a little less everywhere but that's no how it happens hmm

luckiestgirlintheworld Sun 14-Jun-15 15:49:58

I'm 5ft 3 and look great when I'm about 11 and a half stone. (I'm currently pregnant though so won't be back to that for at least a year or two).

LeeMee Sun 14-Jun-15 15:53:35

I'm 5 foot 6.

Would like to get back to around 62kg which is about 9 stone 10 I think.

At the moment I'm around 66kg (was 72kg at the start of the year) and trying to aim for 64kg as a first point!
