Please can anyone help me? I eat all the time, when I'm stressed, when I'm upset, when I'm bored, I rarely eat when I'm hungry. I eat to the point of feeling sick, and even then I'm still thinking about what I'm going to eat next. . I've ordered a self help book but wondered if anyone else had any experience?lost 2 stone recently but it's all just piling back on again. I just don't know how to stop
