A friend of mine has just done a diet called the 3 day military diet, it's a strict diet where you have to eat specific meals. You do three days on the diet and 4 days eating normally, then another three days, etc.
She is just about to start her third 3 days on the diet and has already lost nearly a stone and a half.
I am usually very judgey of these faddy diets, where you basically starve yourself and loose water and then gain more weight afterwards, but looking at the menu for this one it doesn't look that bad, the meals seem too be pretty good and my friend said she never feels hungry.
So has anyone else tried this diet? How did you get on?
