Any nutrition experts out there... looking for a good book

I am really interested in improving my diet / nutrition - I know the basics, and have see nutritionists in the past, but would really like to do some of my own reading & research into nutrition. I've been looking through Amazon for a good book but there seems to be a lot of pseudo science out there, and books with an agenda - I just want a good, science-based book to tell me about nutrition and the body.

Any recommendations?
