Wondering if ive passed it with dieting -- Atkins?

Ive tried everything and i loose nothing :( due to my job i dont really have time for exercise excpet walking miles with my prams. I have been on Atkins for 2 days and still feel bloated anyone got any advise.

In my experience day 3 is where low-carbing suddenly starts to pay off. Feeling lighter, more energetic, bloating starts going down and cravings disappear.

And you can pram jog, lots do it in our park

Stand to be corrected but I think your carb stores only last 3ish days and once they're gone that's when it all starts to fall into place.

Miracles lol-- ive done them all but was told after 2 days on atkins i would so be less bloated im def not and i cant look at a piece of bacon again:) its a v boring diet - the sugar need is horrendous ill come to low carbs x

walking 'miles' is exercise. Even slow walking burns about 200 calories an hour, more if you are very fat. That's a tenth of your normal daily calorie allowance.

sustainable weight loss rate is 1lb a week so you aren't going to see anything in 2 days.
