I need to lose weight and get in shape! I recently sprained my ankle and although I can now walk its not in great condition so I find exercising difficult!
This week I've done yoga and aqua aerobics as its not too bad for my ankle!
But I just went shopping and tired on clothes and saw my thighs in the mirror now I feel crap
God I really need to get in shape!
