Diet sabotage!

Today I went for a 30 minute jog, had a healthy breakfast and lunch and have planned steamed fish with veg for dinner. So why have I just scoffed 2 cadbury's mini egg cakes and a handful of mini Lindt eggs!
I really want to lose weight so why did I do it?!
I know it's not the end of the world but I just feel really disappointed in my lack of will-power sometimes.
Anyone else do this?

Yup all the time. I am still trying to learn to not give up when this happens. Otherwise it always leads to the 'I'll start again on Monday syndrome' Monday rarely comes.

So what's that - about 250 cals, maybe 300. Make up for it by having 100 less cals tonight and 200 less tomorrow. I'll be fine.
