Hi - ok - ill be honest, this is my 2nd SW thread (the first one shared a fab discount code for online membership). Which is AViva2013.

I've lapsed from ww and SW - have a few stone to lose - am flying long haul in the fall and can't bear the thought of doing that at my current size.

Sooooo - I joined online yesterday and today have been trying to get my head around it all.

Please come and share your meal plans with me as I really need inspiration.
