I'm interested in asking people who have lost weight/ are in the process of losing weight rather than what the books say...
I am trying to watch my calorie intake. If I miss breakfast, I don't get hungry and eat less throughout the day. If I eat breakfast, I start picking immediately and eat more throughout the day...
I have so much weight to lose...
