am currently running 3x weekly, but need to tone up so the Shred DVD has arrived. I would prefer to stick to exercising 3x weekly, including one run, so would ideally just do it twice weekly. if you were doing it less often would you run two workouts together, or will that just destroy me?
I have never done it every day, but in an ideal world I would do it as well as a run so your workout would be shred plus 20 mins running 3 times a week or something like that. Or do the shred 2 x per week on your non running days.
well i have started - although I couldn't do one press-up, not even the easy ones, and was screaming during some of the upper body stuff with hand weights, so this is desperately needed. I think I might try to up my exercise to 5x weekly - 3 shred and 2 runs. <cardio was a piece of piss though>
