I'm embarking on SW diet as of today and only need to lose about 9 lbs. However I suffer from high blood pressure and am on quite heavy medication now to try and control it. Need to follow a low salt diet because of this but haven't really got much of a clue. Now realise that even tho I have absolutely never added salt to my food there is a lot of salt in the foods I like ! anyone else having to restrict their salt intake as would be great to swap ideas,recipes etc. slso need tips on what exactly to look for in really low salt foods ? TIA
