I have just had a hysteretomy and prolapse, and before op was so tired did no exercise for about two months, and now three weeks after op, hate how I look. I lost 2 stone 2 years ago, and am now only 9lb off my heaviest weight again . This is just so hard, I want to eat heathily, but am doing nothing and stuffing face with chocolate.

Not allowed to do anything just now, can't even drive
