Anyone else in need of support?
I am trying my best to follow WW but I'm not going to the groups or anything. I've done it in the past so I've got all the stuff and quit frankly didn't want to pay again!!
This means I'm going alone though and really need some buddies to share the ups and downs. I need to lose a stone and a half ish and would like to be 10 stone ish.
My baby is 21 mnths now so its taken ages to get round to it.
Anyone want to share? Even just a weigh in and a how the weeks gone?

Count me in - am back on WW - doing a low carb version to keep me inline - but am struggling with motivation as doing it online and that is not good for me - need to talk!

So - I want to lose 2 stone to get me to 10 stone so we are almost on the same line to target - I would be OK at 10.5 especially has have not seen 11 stone since before the kids!

So I am doing better today - yog and muesli for breakfast, 2 eggs and bucket of salad for lunch and am now drinking a lot of water to maintain full feeling .. want to keep it together until Friday when I am going to relax and use up the extra points for wine as have friends over .. off to gym for a run soon as well.. if I can not be motivated this early on, I am in real trouble!!

the 5:2 crowd are a very cheery welcoming place - and you can semi combine WW with 5:2

I'm ww-ing. Kind of hard from Afghanistan but I'll be home in a week or so. I want to lose 5kilos (and keep off the 5kg I have lost out here). I'm currently 70kilos so not too far away from your numbers.

Hello can I join in too? DS3 is 10 months now so attempting to shift 1.5 stone. I weighed in first week at 12.3 and last week at 11.12. Have a feeling haven't lost anything this week, will weigh in tomorrow and find out. Will be my own fault if not but am ill (start of cold) this evening, have scoffed a whole grab bag of minstrels to comfort myself which dh had left in the fridge having resisted it for the whole week. Am v cross with myself now and feeling sick as well as ill.

I can start going free once I get to 11.5 as my gold weight is 11 stone. However am thinking if I really get going I could get down to 10.7 - haven't been there for 10 years since started having children.

Hello ladies, thanks so much for replying. We've all got pretty similar targets in mind so that's really good.
Do you all do regular weigh in's? Should we weigh in and share it here?
I have to be honest, I haven't been ww at all this week, hubby's away and I haven't the energy or inclination to cook healthy (this is why I can't do it alone!!!) I've promised myself to get back on track on Monday.
TalkinPeace2 - thanks for pointing out the 5:2, really interesting although I find fasting really though and can barely keep to ww points!
Busyboysmum - let us know how your weigh in went.
I hope you all come back and let me know how you're doing x

Hi there, went badly really, 1/2 lb off but had been trying to be good so was a bit dispirited really. And we are off to Portugal on Wednesday which is my next weigh in for 8 days so am going to miss 2 weigh ins by the time I get back from holiday I bet I have regained the measly 51/2 lbs I have sweated to loose.

I'm still bf ds3 so would have thought the weight would just drop off once I cut out all the cakes but doesn't seem to be happening sadly.

Plus in 11 plus hell with ds1 who has narrowly missed (333 and pass mark is 334) for the first exam he took, results of 2nd come out on Tuesday and I am a nervous stressing overeating mess really! So hard, but will come back after our hols and see how you are all getting on.

Best of British.
