There is nothing like group fitness to spur you on. Having been a fitness instructor since 1995 i love to join in classes too keeping fit. Working together as a team is great, its keep you going and prevents you from stopping, when you otherwise would if you were exercising alone.
With a word like Boot Camp, it psychologically prepares you for all the hard work ahead, knowing its going to be hard. It also implies to me that the trainers there will be tough, strict, and encouraging, but supportive with it.
Can you run one for teenagers/young people. ??

Thanks or the feedback,I wouldnt describe myself as strict etc more motivational and we try and lead by example. We try and make every session challenging for all abilities but never patronise or make people feel self conscious like some of the more extreme ones you see on some TV shows.
A teen Boot Camp is something we are looking at starting very soon :)
