Slimming world which one?

Recently I have tried Rosemary Conley and Dukan and not really got on with either.

I now have a fridge full of meat and thought I may give slimming world a go.
I am ex ww but on the old point system, just hate the new points system, seems lots of faffing to me.

My question is which slimming world works best EE or red and green days?

Or convince me that ww is best.

I am also currently reading the Beck diet solution, oh and I have tried P Mckenna, havent eaten bread for months because of him, yet still struggling with my weight.

I just don't get it I just so bewildered by diets at the moment, yet I lost 7 stone once so know how to do it but just cant get the scales to shift.

I'm interested in this too. I'm fed up of trying different diets and not getting far with them. I'm sure there's nothing wrong with the diet, it's definitely more me. I need to find one that siuts me.

SW looks good to me. Especially after a low carb, shake diet!

A lot of people coming into SW without prior knowledge find EE easiest. It tends to be the people that have done Red/Green that have a problem getting their head round EE.
I found EE more like normal eating.
The other way is to mix and match your days but this can end up getting very confusing

Hi TheWorldKeepsSpinning (((waves))), was it celebrity slim? Ive tried that one also Blush
Thanks LittleDragon, good advice. I began yesterday on a green day and then with the help of minimims it changed to EE, which was so much easier.

Today EE all the way for me.

Breakfast
2 slices of 400g warburtons brown bread (heab)
laughing cow light (hea)
banana and a nectarine.
Coffee with milk (0.5 syns)

I came on here to look for support with SW as going to join today. Did it years ago - along with ww etc etc - and have also lost weight successfully in the past but am really at rock bottom this time as am actually putting weight on after birth of ds rather than losing it Sad I've decided on SW as am bf and starving! Plus at a loose end on maternity leave so find myself looking for something nice to eat quite often..hence the problem!

Anyway - my question was (before I blethered on about myself) what's EE? Remember green/red but they are restrictive in terms of choices aren't they?

Hi, AyeWhySWIM.

This is what I found on EE

Extra Easy
Extra Easy is the new plan introduced in January 2009. The structure of the plan is the same, free foods, healthy extras and syns.

With this plan you can indulge on foods that are free on either day. You must fill 1/3 of your plate with super free foods (i.e. fruit and vegetables) at each meal.

"Fill 1/3 of your plate with Superfree Foods and make them your first choice between meals [...]"

You have 1 A choice and 1 B choice healthy extras. With syns the number stays the same between 5-15 a day, except you take the lower value, if an item is 3 syns on Green and 4 on Red, you count 3 syns on EE.

Minimims is very good for Slimming world advice.
Good luck. I found I ate loads when I was bf dd, really struggled, actually still am Grin

I lost about a stone last year - I just used red/green days. Have never used Extra Easy...

Well I went and I joined and I can't believe how much food you can allegedly have Hmm Am going to follow it to the letter this week and see - am doing EE. But it really does seem too good to be true - apart from lack of sweet stuff available. Can't stand the thought of artificial sweetener and all that sour yoghurt/fromage frais etc!
