I am giving myself a year to do this (although the faster the better). What is the best diet to do? I struggle with the low carb thing as I am often rushing around and it seems to much fussing to me. I have time to exercise but not sure what to do (am incredibly unfit so need to start slowly I think).
Please give me your hints and tips!
