melon/peach/plum and ham
smoked mackerel/smoked salmon/gravalax with avocado/cucumber
fruit compote with nuts
kippers/smoked haddock with grilled tomatoes/mushrooms
continental sausages (all meat)/bacon with tomatoes/mushrooms

Lots of ways to eat eggs too:
omlette: french style with herbs etc., spanish/italian tortilla type with veggies/meat
scrambled: with smoked salmon, mushrooms, spinach or spicy huevos rancheros
boiled, poached, with asparagus, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, smoked haddock

Or eat stuff you would eat for lunch for breakfast, leftovers from dinner...

Ooh, lovely thanks! They sound yummy.
Is fruit ok then, I thought it was a no-no on a low carb diet...

Berries are lower in carbs than other fruit. Depends on how low carb you need to be. I went through a phase of having fish for breakfast, got used to it quite quickly, just quickly cooked cheapo supermarket frozen fish in a frying pan with a spray of oil (took it out of freezer night before).

Depends on the fruit. Bananas, mangoes, dried fruit etc. much higher glycaemic index iirc. Berries, melons, peaches etc. much lower.

As foreverondiet says if you are very low-carbing you might have to miss the fruit to start with.
