I don't eat big meals.
My diet for today consists of:
Breakfast - 2 bourbon biscuits and 2 cups of coffee
Lunch - A chicken escalope (in breadcrumbs) and salad.
Snack - a packet of skips
Dinner - Smoked haddock with cous cous and broccoli
Afters - A snickers icecream
Supper - Contemplating starting on the biscuits again but I know if I do, I'll eat around 6 of them.
I keep telling myself I should still lose weight as my meals are tiny - but my diet is all together shit isn't it?
So despite the small meals, is it the crap making me fat?
