I am thinking of trying the new WW online.Anyone got any views on it. Can you get an app on your phone for it - is it any good?

Thanks

It's wonderful if you're the sort of person who likes to record everything. I used it for a couple of months (switched to Slimming World, though). I found WW online the simplest ever way of recording food, points, exercise etc. Makes it really simple.

I do WW online and it is so simple, i love it. Not sure if there is a phone app for it yet.

There's an iPhone app which I use. It's great for keeping track during the day.

The only thing reason that WW doesn't work for me is that I find it obsessive. It's okay if you're a breakfast, lunch and dinner person as you can just plan your meals the night before and track your points, but if you're a grazer like me then tracking and adding points is all consuming.
I found i couldn't ever stop thinking about it.
The online tracking is great, and they have so many foods listed on there. The website is very well deleveoped and the recipe section is good.
But it's not fo rme. I need a more over all eating 'habit' ... although i suppose that is what WW could become if you did it for long enough.
Of all the diets there are, it is one of the healthier ones. Not sure about the eat-as-much-fruit-and-veg-as-you-like aspect of the new 'pro-points' diet. If you know your appetite well and stop when you're full then that works well but if you over indulge you could find that 5 fruit salads a day (although points free) will pile on the pounds after a while and all your hard work is wasted.
