I fell off the wagon and ate a huge plate of pasta and then an alpen bar. Coudn't find any biscuits that's why alpen bar. Has anyone else found that you cave in. How do you stop caving in?

Omg omg I did that! I thought it was just me!

God, and then - whilst I'm being honest - I went and put the lot back on again too blushsad Why why did I sabbotage myself?smacks head> I don't know. (Don't go and do that too sadjump straight back on that wagon!) I'm wearyingly going to have to start all over againhmmSigh

I have been really good for the last month and have lost about 9 pounds, been exercising nearly every day and feeling good. Today I have eaten biscuits. All day. Literally nothing but biscuits apart from muesli for brekkie and sandwich for lunch. The trick is not then give in and let the flood gates open. Write today off.

ThisIsJustASagaNow - I thought it was just me! grin Yes, time to get straight back onto the wagon. Urgghhh!! Just so frustrated, I am trying to work out why I do this? Don't I believe in myself, or my goal?
MrsCog - ahhh....miss having pg as a reason to relax about my weight. In hindsight, I wish I had been a little more careful about the food I was eating though. I'm definitely making up for it now though
Peggotty - Biscuits are my weakness too. I've done that, eaten biscuits all day. But I'll write today off, I don't think one bad day should jeapordise weeks of counting every single calorie and working out. I just feel like such a failiure blush
