Ditching the baby belly?

I have been doing Jillian Michaels' 30 day Shred for over 40 days now and have seen great results (lost 30cms all over) but am finding it hard to shift the last bit of baby tummy. I have joined myfitnesspal to track my eating which has helped but the tummy seems to be loitering. It's not even that big, it just sticks out when I wear a close fitting dress and is fat covering my abs.

I've got 3 weeks to shift it - any ideas?

Sugar is supposed to be the worst culprit for belly fat...really tough one to ditch completely but if you are determined it may be worth a go?

Also, (it sounds like you need to reduce body fat rather than lose weight now IYSWIM), try interval training for fat burning?
