Bed-bound weight-loss - help please...

I am bed bound and have been so for the last 2 years. I am now seriously overweight. Is there anyone else out there, or do you know anyone in a similar situation, for tips / advice / encouragement etc...

Do you have access to an nhs nutritionist? They may be able to put you in touch with people in a similar situation.

As Shaxx says, I'm sure there'd be NHS help available- give your GP a call. I'd imagine they'd recognise it as all the more important that someone in your situation didn't complicate their condition further with excess weight! Good luck!
