Advice please!!
I have just started to wean my 6month old DS and am having a nervous breakdown about all aspects of weaning.
I have now decided that pureeing is the way forward along with giving DS carrot sticks etc to play with. However, I am perplexed as to how I go about warming purees up when I am out and about, especially when we go out for our walks where there are no facilities for warming baby food with a microwave etc.
Please can someone advise the best way to do this as every book I have read says that the food has to be piping hot all the way through and then cooled before feeding it to your little ones. Short of taking a calor gas stove everywhere with me I am not sure how to do this.
