Weaning

6 month old loves solids, should I start reducing 1 milk feed?

Been weaning DS for 2 weeks now and he is on 5 spoons twice a day (loosely following HIPP weaning chart). His milk feeds are 7oz at 5 bottles per day. He is a bit meh about his mid afternoon feed - I think this is the bottle that will go first, but wondered if it would be wise to start reducing this bottle by an ounce a week until it is gone? Thanks

I wouldn't reduce it just yet, he's just settling into the idea of solids. He'll make it clear when he wants to drop/lessen a feed, IME.
